Terms of Service

By creating an account or using LyricScenes, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. If you're using LyricScenes on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

LyricScenes lets you paste song lyrics and generate an AI storyboard along with scene images in 9:16 vertical or 16:9 widescreen for use in content creation — short-form video, social posts, and similar formats.

Output is generated by AI models. Results vary, and we don't guarantee any particular image, style, or level of quality.

• Your lyrics are your responsibility. You are solely responsible for having the rights or permission to use any lyrics or other material you paste into LyricScenes.
• We don't claim your lyrics. We claim no ownership of the lyric text you submit.
• You own your images. Subject to your account being in good standing, you own the images you generate and download.
• Improving the service. We may use anonymized and aggregate data — such as error rates and usage patterns — to improve LyricScenes. We will not publish user-submitted lyrics publicly.

• Creator — $19/month. 75 storyboards per month.
• Pro — $49/month. 250 storyboards plus 30 character storyboards per month.
• Studio — $99/month. 600 storyboards plus 100 character storyboards per month.

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Unused storyboards do not roll over into the next billing period. Failed renders do not count against your monthly allowance.

Prices may change; we'll give notice before a change affects your renewal. Add-on credit packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once used.

You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. We don't provide partial refunds for unused time or unused storyboards.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal or to infringe someone else's rights.
• Generate harmful, abusive, sexually explicit, hateful, or deceptive imagery, or content depicting real people without their consent.
• Resell, sublicense, or share access to your account.
• Abuse the generation system or APIs — scraping, automated bulk requests, or working around plan limits.

LyricScenes is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, or that any specific feature will remain available. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LyricScenes and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

We may suspend or terminate an account for abuse, violation of these terms, or non-payment. Where reasonable, we'll give notice and a chance to fix the problem. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of [your state / country], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of [your city / jurisdiction].
