What happens if a render fails?

Failed renders never count against your monthly allowance. The system retries automatically, and you can re-run any scene that didn't complete.

Do unused storyboards roll over to the next month?

No. Allowances reset at the start of each billing period and unused storyboards don't carry over. Add-on credit packs do not expire monthly.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time?

Yes. Changes are managed in billing settings through Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no partial refunds.

Do I own the images I generate? Can I use them commercially?
