Privacy Policy

• Account info. Your email address, and if you sign in with Google, the fact that Google is your sign-in provider plus the basic profile details Google returns.
• Payment info. Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — only your plan, credit balances, and Stripe's customer and subscription identifiers.
• Your content. Lyrics and text you paste or save to your library, reference images you upload, and the storyboards, scenes, and carousel text generated from them.
• Basic usage data. Counts of renders and errors so we can enforce plan limits and fix things that break.

• To run the product — analyzing your lyrics and generating images for you.
• To process payments and keep your plan and credit balances accurate.
• To send account and billing email, such as receipts and sign-in messages.
• To improve quality and reliability by investigating failures and slow renders.

We don't use your lyrics or images to advertise to you, and we don't publish your content anywhere.

• Stripe — payment processing, subscriptions, and one-time credit packs.
• Google — only if you choose Google sign-in.
• Our AI and image generation provider — your lyrics, style choices, and any reference image are sent so a storyboard and images can be produced.
• Hosting, database, and storage providers — the infrastructure that runs the app and stores your files.

We do not sell your data.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the security of the service and its users.

Lyrics, saved library entries, storyboards, and generated images stay in your account until you delete them. Deleting a storyboard removes its scenes and images; deleting your account removes your content.

Deleted items may persist briefly in encrypted backups before those backups roll off. Payment and billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, export it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing.

Most of this you can do yourself from inside the app. For anything else, get in touch and we'll handle the request.

We use session and authentication cookies only — the ones needed to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure. There are no third-party advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.

LyricScenes isn't intended for anyone under 13, or under 16 in the EU and UK. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.

If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will also be announced by email.
